Position: Product Support Specialist – REMOTE Opportunity!
About: GigCX Marketplace, in partnership with Teleperformance TurboTax, is dedicated to assisting millions of individuals in filing their taxes efficiently each year. The product expert role is crucial in ensuring positive customer experiences through exceptional communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The program is scheduled to operate from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, and preference will be given to committed Service Providers who can work the full 14 weeks.
Requirements: High School graduate; Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts preferred; Experience in a call center environment; Comfortable with chat support; Ability to adhere to work schedules and work a minimum of 30 hours per week
