Position: Product Support Specialist – REMOTE Opportunity!
About: GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax to assist individuals in smart tax filing each year. The product expert plays a vital role in ensuring positive customer experiences with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, requiring a 14-week commitment from Service Providers.
Requirements: High school graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts preferred; experience in a call center environment preferred; proficiency in written and verbal communication with customers; ability to troubleshoot software; strong customer service skills; willingness to stay updated on product changes during tax season; adherence to work schedules and flexibility for extra shifts; ability to multitask and work well under pressure; commitment to meeting service level commitments; must reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks for certification; possess specified hardware requirements (Windows computer with specific specifications, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, wired internet connection); no conflicts of interest with Column Tax or Intuit Vendors
