Position: Product Support Specialist

Requirements: High School graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts preferred; experience in a call center environment with chat support; ability to work 30 hours per week consistently; reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks; possess specific hardware requirements (Windows 10 or 11, AMD or Intel Core Series, 8gb RAM, Webcam, Wired Mouse, USB Headset, Wired Internet Connection); ability to work under pressure and meet productivity goals
