Position: Product Support Specialist
About: GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax to help millions of people file their taxes smarter each year. The product expert role involves providing quality customer service, demonstrating team and leadership skills, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Requirements: High school graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts preferred; experience in a call center environment and chat support; ability to adhere to work schedules and work a minimum of 30 hours per week; must reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks; meet hardware requirements including Windows computer, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, and wired internet connection; cannot hold gigs with Column Tax or any Intuit vendors
