About: Sparks is a live + digital brand experience agency. We specialize in creating connection–-real human connection–-onsite, online or anywhere. Through a mix of sound strategy, breakthrough creative and flawless execution, we create memorable trade show exhibits, live and virtual events, brand activations, retail stores, corporate environments and other immersive experiences that deepen relationships, inspire action, and build trust-and we do it all over the world.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years of production experience in a major agency, communications company or production company required; Strong production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence; Must be self-motivated, highly organized, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills; Possess a strong teamwork ethic; must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team; Ability to work smartly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; Willingness to travel up to 30%, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Motivated, positive attitude and results-oriented; Tech industry experience a plus; Tradeshow experience a plus; Excellent computer skills: comfortable with Google platform, Microsoft and Apple applications, Microsoft Office suite, Social Networking sites, collaborative team project software, etc.; Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment; Must be able to travel
