Position: Procurement Manager – Services + Supplies
About: The Flynn Group, located in Independence, OH 44131, is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee multiple facilities services categories for their domestic restaurant brands. This role involves developing tactical purchasing strategies and collaborating cross-functionally to drive category savings and enhance organizational purchasing behaviors.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 5+ years of procurement experience with a focus on facilities services; Experience in managing procurement operations in the restaurant industry or multi-brand franchisee business; Proficiency in procurement software and tools (knowledge of Coupa is a plus); Strong negotiation and contract management skills; Demonstrated success in cost optimization and supplier performance improvement; Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and best practices
