Position: Procurement Manager – Dairy
About: Conagra Brands is looking for a Procurement Manager for Diary procurement, responsible for sourcing Dairy products at competitive prices while ensuring quality, quantity, and delivery specifications. The role involves building category strategies, overseeing procurement activities, contract negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain; Demonstrated strengths in communication, analytics, project management, and conflict resolution; Experience achieving sizable cost savings through strategic cost reduction programs; Understanding of market economics, technical issues, logistics, and independent value analytics; Negotiation and contract development skills; Understanding of material requirements planning; Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level), PowerPoint, RightAngle or similar, Contract Management, PowerBI; Travel may be required up to 10%; Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
