Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required; experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred; ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); sophisticated math skills for calculating complex figures such as percentages and fractions
