Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience; knowledge of company policies and procedures, relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and production equipment supervision; effective communication skills in basic English (verbal and written); ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents; mathematical proficiency in basic calculations and interpreting data; strong problem-solving abilities in varied situations; computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, SAP/TRM software; effective interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
