Position: Processing Operator (Night)
About: This position at Hain Celestial involves operating blending and milling equipment, responding to production problems, operating a forklift, completing record-keeping tasks, and maintaining work area and equipment according to GMP’s, SOP’s, and safety standards. The role requires teamwork, striving for safety, quality, and productivity improvements, working with minimal supervision, coordinating activities with Production Control, and reporting food safety and quality issues. Additional responsibilities include following all food safety guidelines and handling various projects as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing experience preferred; strong mechanical aptitude; ability to lift 50-60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day; ability to be on feet for the shift; good communication and mathematical skills; quality and customer service orientation; ability to meet attendance guidelines and work additional hours as needed; ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
