Position: Process Assistant

About: The Process Assistant role involves providing administrative and operational support across various departments including HR, sales, office administration, and event coordination. This position ensures the efficient execution of routine processes, assists with bilingual translation needs, and plays a key role in supporting company events, document management, and office organization.

Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish & English) is required; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience in an administrative or process-driven role is preferred; ability to create and update process flow charts and training procedures; strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset; experience with document management and version control; basic knowledge of office financial processes (e.g., budgeting, expense tracking); ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments; experience using office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
