Position: Private Events Coordinator
About: Baltusrol Golf Club, a historic and prestigious golf club founded in 1895 located in northern New Jersey, just minutes away from New York City, is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Private Events Coordinator to join their Clubhouse team. The club is renowned for its two championship golf courses, rich history of hosting major championships, and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality services.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of event experience in a hospitality environment; Availability to work a non-traditional schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Passionate hospitality leader with strong ambition and a personality that aligns with Baltusrol’s brand; Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; Strong verbal and written communication skills; College degree with a major in Hospitality or an equivalent field preferred; Completion of an internship in a club and/or event setting preferred
