Position: Private Event Sales Director
About: Arcis Golf, a premier golf and club management company, is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Director to oversee Private Event and Wedding sales for Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, Arizona. Requirements: 7-10 years of Wedding, Private Event, or Hospitality sales experience preferred; 3+ years of leading high-performing sales teams to exceed targets; proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business; strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills; ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools consistently for forecasting and decision-making; excellent written and verbal communication skills; sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence; effectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to action; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University preferred
