Position: Principal Operations Lead
About: The Operations Lead position at an established quick-service restaurant franchise involves providing comprehensive support to Operators and Operator Groups, fostering growth, and ensuring the success of individual restaurants within the Area. The role focuses on strategic coaching, business advising, and maintaining strong relationships within the Chick-fil-A network.
Requirements: Minimum 8 years of professional work experience; Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience; Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing; Foundational business acumen; Ability to consume the entirety of the Chick-fil-A menu without dietary restrictions; Ability to work within a restaurant as a team member for up to 30 days; Ability to lift up to 50lbs when necessary; Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively; Strong emotional intelligence; Ability to balance multiple, sometimes conflicting stakeholder interests; Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights; Experience driving continuous improvement; Ability to anticipate market trends; Experience facilitating groups to reach common goals.
