Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; minimum of three years relevant food & beverage management experience in high-quality, high-volume establishments; familiarity with wine service concepts, practices, and procedures as well as food service practices and procedures; effective supervisory and communication skills; well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
