Position: Preschool Lead Teacher
About: Chesterbrook Academy, located at 2215 W Millbrook Rd, Raleigh, North Carolina, United States of America, is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join their team. Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. The academy embraces various pedagogical approaches, including Montessori methods and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
Requirements: Eligible candidates must have received an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or completed EDU119 or their North Carolina Early Childhood credential or Child Development Associates Credential (CDA). Applicants should be capable of frequently walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, rising from the floor, twisting, listening, reading, writing, and speaking English. They should also be able to carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend, as required for the role.
