About: Whole Foods Market is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Food Prep Team Member to join their team. The position involves food preparation, stocking, and maintaining quality and freshness standards in various food bars. Team Members are expected to uphold the company’s image through exceptional customer service and adherence to standard procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow recipes and food production guidelines; good communication and teamwork skills; strong work ethic and passion for natural foods; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency; physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; 6-12 months of retail experience preferred
