Position: Prepared Foods Cook / Food Production
About: Performs all functions related to proper food preparation and maintenance of the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars at Whole Foods Market. Ensures food quality and presentation, maintains stocking and sanitation standards, and promotes a positive company image through exceptional service. Team Members are expected to follow Standard Operating Procedures and support WFM core values and goals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6-12 months retail experience; ability to lift 50 pounds; standing/walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift; basic math skills; effective communication and teamwork abilities; passion for natural foods and WFM mission; compliance with quality standards
