Position: Preparation-Kitchen Worker XB
About: Responsible for washing dishes, cutlery, pots, and other cooking utensils. Ensures that dishes, silver, glassware, and other utensils and accessories are delivered to the appropriate area.
Requirements: Education; high school diploma or the equivalent. Licenses; Health Card. Other; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards. Must be able to withstand frequent changes in temperature environment and be able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to maneuver inside the kitchen area, sometimes in heat of 130 degrees. Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to push carts weighing up to 200 pounds. Work requires the ability to work in any assigned kitchen or station.
