Position: Preparation-Kitchen Worker XB
About: Responsible for washing dishes, cutlery, pots, and other cooking utensils. Ensures that dishes, silver, glassware, and other utensils and accessories are delivered to the appropriate area.
Requirements: Education; High school diploma or the equivalent; Licenses; Health Card; Other; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information; Professional personal appearance; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards; Must be able to withstand frequent changes in temperature environment and be able to stand on feet for long periods of time; Must be able to maneuver inside the kitchen area, sometimes in heat of 130 degrees; Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations; Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; Must be able to push carts weighing up to 200 pounds; Work requires the ability to work in any assigned kitchen or station.
