Position: Preparation-Cook, Second
About: A restaurant seeking a Cook responsible for fast and clean service of all menu items, including meat, fish, poultry, and related items, in a quick and timely manner. The ideal candidate will ensure the work area is kept in a sanitary condition, adhere to health and safety procedures, and protect company assets by monitoring portion controls.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or the equivalent; Licenses: Health Card; Other: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, professional personal appearance, excellent communication skills, ability to meet company’s production and quality standards; Knowledge and Skill Requirements: 1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Two years of experience as a Broiler Cook is necessary. Must have good communication skills. 2. Must withstand frequent changes in temperature and stand for long periods. Must work in any assigned kitchen or station.
