Position: Preparation-Cook
About: Prepares menu items by following recipes. Completes meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients. Ensures that the kitchen is clean and sanitary.
Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent; Health Card; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information; Professional personal appearance; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards; Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required; One to two years of previous experience as a Cook or completion of a three-year apprenticeship program and/or completion of accredited culinary school required; Ability to follow all health code regulations pertaining to job duties
