About: TGI Fridays in Las Vegas, located at 4000 West Flamingo Road, is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Food Prep Specialist to join their team. The role involves preparing a wide variety of foods to meet TGI Fridays’ quality standards and ensuring adherence to recipe requirements, product sensitivities, and plate presentation guidelines.
Requirements: Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; must produce items exactly according to recipes for guest satisfaction and cost control; must follow food handling and sanitation procedures to control costs and ensure safety; must have physical abilities to stand, move, lift up to 70 lbs, work in hot or cold environments, and use hands effectively.
