Position: Prep / Line Cook
About: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at our Sycamore location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, committed to quality, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu standards.
Requirements: CA ServSafe certification; Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a line cook; Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Passion for good food and quality customer experiences; Excellent knife skills; Must love and enjoy working with food and able to distinguish product, taste, texture, temperature, and presentation and preparation; Must be able to legally work in the United States
