Position: Prep Cook- Warrior

Warrior is an Asian-inspired lounge and rooftop set in an edgy, stylish, and unique Asian and exotic ambiance and serving Top Chef-winning Chef Hungs Asian-fusion menu and the best mixologist inspired cocktails in town. Offering upscale food and casual prices, the Prep Cook position is of central importance to the success of the restaurant. The Prep Cook ensures great taste, presentation, quality, and consistency for all of the restaurant’s menu offerings. The Prep Cook is responsible for ensuring the quality and timelines of prep production. Also responsible to prep for chef’s specials and to be fully knowledgeable of company spec.
Requirements: Education: None; Experience: prior restaurant experience; Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations; Resource Management (People & Equipment) – Ability to obtain and appropriate the proper usage of equipment, facilities, materials, as well as personnel; Friendly – Ability to exhibit a cheerful demeanor toward others; Guest Oriented – Ability to take care of the guest’s needs while following company procedures
