Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude; ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle knives and operate kitchen equipment; assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation; maintain a clean and safe Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler, and Freezer; be on feet and alert for extended periods of time
