About: The Silver Reef restaurant in St. George, UT is seeking a Prep Cook to support the kitchen staff in meal and ingredient preparation, including organizing and labeling food items, chopping ingredients, and maintaining sanitation standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knife skills; valid Food Handler Card; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices; comprehension of the English language
