About: MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook for their senior living community in Las Vegas. Requirements: Education: High school diploma preferred, ability to read and write English; Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare facility’s dietary department preferred; Job Knowledge: Ability to cook in large quantities, handle special diets, estimate food quantities, and minimize waste
