Position: Prep Cook/Line Cook
About: Assists cooks in the preparation of all items for the Food and Beverage outlets.
Requirements: Culinary skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and food presentation; Experience in a dietary department or similar food service environment; Proficient in food handling and safety practices; Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Strong knife skills for food preparation; Familiarity with the food industry and its standards; Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred, but not required; Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff; Ability to work well as part of a team
