Position: Prep Cook, Kassi Beach House – Part-time
About: Kassi Beach is seeking a Prep Cook to play a crucial role in food preparation and presentation as per menu requirements, assisting the Executive Chef in maintaining kitchen efficiency. The Prep Cook will support all kitchen stations and lines as needed in a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; active SNHD Food Handlers card; previous experience as a prep cook or equivalent; at least two years of experience in a high-volume establishment; ability to work a flexible schedule
