Position: Prep Cook job
About: Duffy’s Prep Cook position involves preparing ingredients and stations for cooking, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. The role reports to the Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a prep cook or relevant position in a kitchen environment; Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen; Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils efficiently; A team player with good communication skills; Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure; Attention to cleanliness and safety; Excellent physical condition and stamina
