Position: Prep Cook job
About: We are seeking candidates for the role of Dishwasher/prep who can provide a warm, friendly, cheerful & genuine experience to all our guests by delivering exceptional service and world-class hospitality to every guest, every time. The role of dishwasher/prep exists to set the stage for a world-class dining experience, whether through cleaning & sanitation of service-ware or preparation of food products.
Requirements: Be authorized to work in the US; Have reliable transportation; Have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language (English) used in the cafe; Possess basic computational ability; Able to taste food & beverage offerings to know flavor profiles; Able to memorize and replicate food production procedures; Able to read prep and service recipes
