Position: Prep Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 21 Teterboro Landing Drive, is actively seeking Kitchen Staff/Food Prep team members. As a Prep Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. Your responsibilities will include preparing food items, following recipes, maintaining portion control, adhering to presentation specifications, restocking items and utensils, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the station.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; knowledge of food safety practices and procedures; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; attention to detail and cleanliness
