Position: Prep Cook job
About: Holyoke Medical Center is a 219-bed community hospital dedicated to providing quality and patient-centered care to the Pioneer Valley for over 125 years. The Food Service team is seeking a Prep Cook to assist in preparing raw and cooked foods for daily service, playing an essential role in kitchen operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; six months of experience in a volume institutional or military cooking environment or an associate’s degree from a culinary arts school. Passion for community care, willingness to adapt to changing environments, ability to offer new ideas for improvement, good communication skills, and a teamwork mentality.
