About: The Metropolitan Downtown is a restaurant seeking a Prep Cook to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items using various equipment and utensils based on the Daily Prep List.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation preferred
