Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; works well on a team, follows Chef’s direction, effective communication; English literacy and ability to do basic recipe conversions; dependable with a strong work ethic; attention to detail and sense of urgency; understanding of kitchen utensils, equipment, safety, and sanitation practices, or willingness to learn; interest in culinary techniques and previous culinary experience preferred; some machine-operated kitchen equipment may require candidates to be at least 18 years old
