Position: Prep Cook job
About: Located in Juneau, Alaska, the Goldbelt Tram is the only aerial tramway in Southeast Alaska offering guests a unique opportunity to soar to new heights in scenic adventure, explore Mount Roberts trails, and learn about Alaska Native culture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months as a prep cook in a high-volume environment and State of Alaska Food Workers Card; ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends; knowledge of restaurant cooking practices, food presentation, and storage; excellent communication and customer service skills; willingness to learn and pass on information to guests; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and establish cooperative working relationships; CPR and first aid certificates preferred; ability to pass a background check.
