Position: Prep Cook job
About: McAlister’s Deli is currently seeking a Prep Cook to join their kitchen staff team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality of food with recipe cards and production standards, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the station.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in food preparation preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and portion standards; detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
