About: Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who can handle various food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Proven experience as Prep Cook; Communicate in English effectively; Ability to read and execute standard recipes accurately; Perform multiple tasks in a busy environment; Think proactively to improve efficiency; Work in varied conditions and lift weights up to 50 pounds; Knowledge of kitchen safety rules, health regulations, and recipe measures; Manual dexterity with cutting tools and utensils; Stand and walk with a fast pace; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Patient and positive under pressure; Maintain hygiene and grooming standards; Completion of a Food Handler’s Safety Program
