About: Bonefish Grill is currently seeking a Prep Cook to join their kitchen staff at 12520 SW 120th St. As a Prep Cook at Bonefish Grill, you will be responsible for adhering strictly to recipe standards, ensuring safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation during the shift. You will also prepare food following safety guidelines, use proper equipment and tools, and adhere to recipe specifications under the guidance of the management team. Familiarity with the food hierarchy in product storage is essential.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role; Knowledge of food safety practices; Ability to follow recipes accurately; Strong attention to detail; Team player with excellent communication skills
