Position: Prep Cook job
About: The Hotel Cleveland is looking for an eager Prep Cook to join their culinary team. This Marriott Autograph Collection property opened in 1918 and features 491 newly renovated rooms along with 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous culinary experience highly desired; Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; TABC certified, Tips Trained, and Food Handlers certification preferred; Organized with a sense of urgency and focus on guest satisfaction; Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
