Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience; High School diploma or GED equivalent; Food safety certification program completion may be required in some U.S. States; Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate organization and attention-to-detail, maintain a positive attitude, and adhere to safety standards; Physical ability to move throughout the Corporate office and Cafes, make repeated movements, express ideas verbally, work with hands, and lift objects up to 10 pounds; Well-groomed appearance, adherence to uniform guidelines, practice of general safety and sanitation standards, and recycling practices
