Requirements: Positive attitude, drive, and integrity; ability to focus and multi-task with attention to detail under pressure; must be clean and organized; able to set up station for menu execution; handles, stores, and rotates products; adheres to set standards in cooking techniques and portioning; ensures food quality and timeliness; practices correct food handling, product storage, and rotation procedures; complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards; operational knowledge of kitchen equipment; line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen a plus; excellent knife skills; ability to communicate with co-workers
