About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 5510 East Broadway Blvd, is seeking Kitchen Staff/Food Prep personnel to join their team. As a Prep Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will ensure guest satisfaction by executing recipes, maintaining food quality and appearance, and preparing food items according to established standards. Responsibilities include following recipes, managing portion control, and presenting dishes with attention to detail. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation preferred; knowledge of recipe execution, portion control, and food presentation; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment; strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
