Position: Prep Cook job
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Seasonal Prep Cook/Baker/Food Runner at the BMO Center in Rockford, Illinois, and Coronado Theatre. The role involves assisting in food preparation, baked goods production, and maintaining a sanitary workspace. The position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and includes various functions in line with ASM policies.
Requirements: One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment; basic baking and dessert production skills; ability to follow recipes and perform basic math calculations; strong knowledge of sanitary practices; ServSafe Certification; ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and handling products; availability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
