Position: Prep Cook job
About: McAlister’s Deli is currently seeking a Prep Cook to join their kitchen staff. As a Prep Cook at McAlister’s Deli, you will be responsible for preparing foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality with recipe cards, maintaining production and portion standards, cleaning and sanitizing the station at the beginning and end of shifts, including light dishwashing, and upholding sanitation and safety policies to protect the establishment and guests. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation preferred
