Requirements: Must have the ability to read, speak, and understand English; reachable by email and phone; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; positive, team-player mentality; knowledge of workplace safety procedures and health standards; Food Handler’s Certification; flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays; good oral communication skills; ability to execute recipes and service according to company policy; Culinary Arts degree preferred; familiarity with Korean cuisine preferred; proficient knife-handling skills; excellent understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
