Requirements: 1+ years of relative experience in the hospitality industry; Great knife skills and experience on hot and cold lines; Maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws; Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment; Contributes ideas, takes ownership, and goes beyond responsibilities to ensure the team’s success; Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
