Position: Prep Cook job
About: Waterways Cruises is currently seeking an experienced prep cook to join their team. The prep cook will be responsible for all food preparation aspects required for private charter and public dining cruise menus, including platter and passed appetizers, multi-course plated meals, buffet meals, and dessert service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree is preferred; Previous fine dining experience; Experience with Pacific Northwest cuisine; High standards of sanitation and knowledge of Washington state health codes; Possession of a current Washington state food handler’s card; Ability to interact with customers and crew in English; Positive attitude
Benefits: $20-$22/hour (DOE)
