About: Jim N Nicks Bar-B-Q is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team. The Prep Cook is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and preparing scratch-made food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring high food quality and proper ingredients.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef; Passion to serve the guest; Committed to teamwork; Possess a positive attitude; Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; Respect adherence to health, safety, and sanitation procedures; Ability to clean as you go and stay organized
